The composition and framing of this shot were very deliberate; 15 second exposures and a bulky tripod do that to you. Still, my photo buddies were not convinced by it. They felt it was too compressed (a result of the telephoto) and, at the same time, they didn't like the space I left at the bottom of the frame. I wasn't going for an ad' shot - more of an old truck sleeping on the street. I actually like the texture of the street below the truck but I may have too much invested in the shot. Any suggestions gratefully received. |
