The page of my opinion of the Olympus XA camera seems to get as more hits than any other on my site. As I have just restored this camera back to working condition I think that it is time to put my money where my mouth is and to put up a couple of shots from this tiny, amazing camera. I just got my first test roll back which this shot is from. You may recognize the subject from my Yashica Electro test shots; as a place I walk my dog on weekends when the campus is largely abandoned by students, SF State makes for an interesting place for putting recently revived cameras through their paces. I'd forgotten just how sharp and accurate the tiny range finder is and I am really looking forward to carrying it more often now it's back in working condition. |
